Usha Raman
Usha Raman with an international track record, has trained hundreds of people from around the world.
She founded Nexus Training Group to facilitate a community of successful trainers to collaborate in sharing resources, knowledge, technological expertise and global industry standards to ensure world-class training standards can be consistently delivered within the team.
A lifelong learner, her certifications include Adult Training, Behavioural Consultancy, Profiling Tools, Master Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistics Programming, Mindfulness Facilitation and more.
She left her Sales Manager career to be a college lecturer and discovered her passion for training there.
When not in training, Usha teaches Yoga as a hobby and involved with not-for-profits to provide free training and services to refugees, the homeless, women’s living in refuges and other vulnerable community members. An avid volunteer for over 20 years, she has worked on many international service projects and advocates volunteerism.
She is currently being nominated for 'Wellbeing Women of the Year 2023' in Wellbeing Magazine. She was also awarded, “Iconic Woman Creating a Better Future” in 2019 from the Women’s Economic Forum and in 2016, the public voted for her to win the ‘Perth’s Influential 100 Award’.
Usha confesses to hogging 3 precious kitchen shelves to weird/wonderful teas and admits to being the first on many a dance floors.
