Sheila Singam

Sheila Singam has been an educator for over 20 years.

She has experience in the fields of sales, training, and communications. At different times, Sheila has been a teacher, sales professional, journalist, training manager and communications consultant during the course of her 30 year career.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, her agency, Human Equation Sdn Bhd, has been successfully been running training programs for over 12 years for several corporations and across a variety of industries.

Sheila has a myriad of certifications including an Honours degree in Mathematics and Chemistry, Diploma in Education, Post-Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Design, Trainer of NLP, NLP Life Coaching, Storytelling and more.

She is also certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) under Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources.

She appears in the media for interviews regularly and is always educating the public on personal and organisational development.

When not in training or running her successful business, she is painting and creating amazing works of art. She had her first solo exhibition in 2022 and generously contributed her profits to Cancer Research.

Sheila is a force to be reckoned with in a karaoke room and a doting grandmother to two lovely young grandchildren.
