Khyla Raman

Khyla Raman brings 18 years of experience in training and education with strengths in corporate training, team building, recruitment, and coaching.

She also brings her expertise in project management and communications from her previous roles in the education sector where she was project managing national-level training programs and was also in charge of procuring profiling tools.

Her certifications are plenty, including, Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence, Disney’s Approach to Creativity and Innovation, Lean Six Sigma, Identi3 Profiling, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and more.

Based in Darwin, Australia, Khyla has won awards and recognition for her skills in sales and is a natural people person with the ability to relate to all with a strong focus on helping individuals and organisations in building greater emotional intelligence and organisational cultural awareness to achieve better communications and driving team excellence in reaching corporate and personal goals.

Outside of the training, Khyla enjoys working up a good sweat with boxing. She also plays the guitar and enjoys creative pursuits like calligraphy writing, digital drawing and songwriting.

She has even created a children's book with her very own poetry and illustrations for her 5-year-old daughter whom she is a wonderful mother to.
