Jace Tan is the principle for the Identi3 profiling tool we use in our programs. He has been working with HR Managers, leaders and team supervisors by using psychometrics to identify talents, plan strategically and align business goals in various countries.

He has conducted personality profiling of more than 15,000 people, helping them understand their strengths and how they can improve in specific areas not clear to them.

Today, Jace works with CEOs and senior management to identify talents, coach key executives and train HR practitioners. Jace consults for Fortune 500 companies to develop their leaders.

By using the quick and easy psychometric tool known as Identi3®, companies have achieved results of up to 90% improvement in their corporate performance.

His extensive experience of profiling in different job functions, industries and corporate structures has imbued him with an in-depth knowledge of organizational and individual needs.

Jace is the co-author of 5 HR related books and has also conducted Singapore's largest psychometric study and has several insights to the leadership capacity for Singapore.

A yoga aficionado, when not in training or consulting, Jace can be seen trying to balance on his hands, and yes, he often succeeds!
