We use Identi3, a globally recognised psychometric tool with over 35 years of research behind it. It helps participants uncover their personality strengths, preferred communication styles, and “genius zones,” We also use DISC if a client prefers and couple these with leadership and team development frameworks, organisational psychology, NLP and more.

Q: Is this suitable for all teams and industries?

Q: Can the training be delivered virtually or only in person?

We offer flexible team development options, including in-person, hybrid, and fully virtual formats. Our online team building sessions are interactive and experiential—keeping participants engaged and collaborative, even across time zones.

Q: How long is the program?

We recommend a full-day or two-day format for maximum impact or a retreat-style intensive. However, we also offer half-days, micro-sessions, monthly refreshers, or a series format spread across several weeks. It’s all tailored to your team’s availability and energy. We’ll work with you to determine the best structure based on your goals and availability.

What kind of follow-up support is included?

All participants receive ongoing resources, including practice reminders, printable tools, optional psychometric reports, guided exercises, digital workbooks, video refreshers and check-ins. We also offer follow-up coaching (individual or team-based), and weekly “opt-in” virtual refreshers to support long-term change and to keep the team building momentum going long after the session ends.
