We use a profiling tool called the "Entrepreneurs Mindset Profiling" (EMP) to understand your team's intrapreneurial strengths.
We define the profiling scales used and examine individual reports as well as group data to facilitate better talent management in key organisational projects to ensure that team strengths are utlised with innovation and growth in mind.
We look at how the team can develop their intrapreneurial thoughts, actions, habits and traits in a way that is useful to the workplace.
